1.00 General

Each order you place with us via our shopping basket system or by writing in any form is a legal one and treated as such. With your placement you accept the conditions written down here.

Your payment on order should be within 10 days latest with us.

2.00 Prices

Our prices mentioned on this website always are for delivery fob Hong Kong only and valid world-wide.

They do not include costs for shipping, insurance, custom, VAT, as well as any other fees you might have to pay upon arrival of goods in your country based on local law there.

However shipping cost on items ordered have to be paid to us additionally and together with payment of items before shipping can take place.

3.00 Payments

All payments on goods ordered from us have to be settled in advance. We accept the following payment channels:

This form of delivery is suitable for transportation of all of items we offer. Weight and dimensions in the range given by goods we offer are unlimited.

The regular transit time depending also on country of destination might be approx. 1 week or above, weekends not included. Exceptions down- or upwards however are possible.

Depending on country of destination and / or airline chosen with this form of forwarding there exist chargeable weight limits of 45 or 100 kg. Weight below these limits can be shipped this way, too. But always the weight limit as mentioned above has to be paid.

4.03 Airmail

This form of delivery is suitable for transportation of all items we offer as long as they do not exceed the maximum weight limits of 30 / 20 / 10 kg only as well as maximum length limit 1 / 1.2 m only as they are set up by the Postal Service in country of destination.

The regular transit time depending also on country of destination is approx. 1 week or above, weekends not included. Exceptions down- or upwards however are possible.

Costs for this forwarder service nowadays often are close to those for courier services and sometimes also above already, but also can be cheaper significantly depending on case and country of destination. So it is worth always first to compare before choosing.

4.04 Surface Mail

This form of delivery meaning sea/land combined is suitable for transportation of all items we offer as long as they do not exceed the maximum weight limits of 30 / 20 / 10 kg only as well as maximum length limit 1 / 1.2 m only set up by the Postal Service in country of destination.

Service by far is the cheapest and to most of countries also safe and reliable. But, depending on countries with transit times up to 8 weeks might take long. It’s a tool for cost saving.

High air humidity during transit on sea for very sensitive items might be a certain risk. Also very small parcels should not go that way.

5.00 Return Policy

If item we have delivered is perhaps not what you have expected, please, contact us by email within 4 days after having received it latest. We then in co-operation with you will work out a solution to your satisfaction.

Do not return item to us before such solution is carried out. Return item only after having received our written authorization indicating to do so.

Items returned without respecting our authorization procedure will be sent back to customer on his account.

Costs of return are on account of customer and must be pre-paid by him before return takes place.

Returns have to be in original, new-like condition, untouched and undamaged complete with all accessories and documents contained in original delivery by us and in original packing.

If a returned item is not defective and has been tampered with, misused, modified or damaged, it will not be refunded, but returned to Customer on his account.

Refund will only be granted and executed after return has reached us here in Hong Kong and after having passed our return inspection positive.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance as well as custom and VAT as they have been paid on original delivery by us are not refundable and will be deducted in our favor.

Refund will be executed towards original payee / card holder only. No exceptions are possible in this regard.

Items which on order of customer are manufactured extra, modified or tailor-made on his request for him only are not refundable.

Items arriving defective with the customer due to mishandling on shipping are not an issue of this return policy as described above. But, defective item in such case will be reported to forwarder for insurance claim. Please contact us, take and make available whenever possible photographs showing the damage and do not throw away the packaging before authorities of shipping / insurance company have been with you for recording of damage report. If you want to repair by yourself for small damages, we can send factory parts for faster process.

Please, also note that so-called “Cosmetic Issues” are not covered by this return policy.

6.00 Warranty

Each of your purchases is under manufacturer's full warranty under the conditions that goods you might claim for warranty services will be send to us. It is valid for use of equipment under normal operating conditions only, wearing- as well as consumption parts excluded fully, but subject of special extra conditions.

If the supply within the warranty period shows defects, please, contact us immediately. In case your claim is justified depending on manufacturer's decision we will either repair or replace by an article of same functionality normally within a period of 30 days, under the condition that goods you claim reach us within 30 days after your original claim is with us, the original invoice attached.

Because, this some times also might be a question of availability on stock even periods above 30 days till goods are replaced could occur.

This warranty is void in case the defects are not caused by the manufacturer, but, others such as misuse, accident, improper use, ignoring the operating instructions, defects caused by transportation, and so on, repairs performed by persons not entitled, in case of modifications or any other changes made on the unit. It also doesn't include traces of use as well as accessories damaged.

For return the unit must be prepared and packed well and insured in the full value of purchasing price.

7.00 Privacy

All Personal Information of customer provided to us via this website and / or in any other way strictly will be used for communication between customer and us, order processing and delivery purposes only.

It never will be shared / sold / exchanged with or to any third party or company for whatever reason, with the following exceptions:

Internal staff, as well as third parties, such as forwarders, custom, tax authorities and similar on both sides involved in process of delivery will have access to customer's delivery address, contact number and the shipping documents such as packing list and invoice related to case, but nothing else and for use as well as communication on this specific delivery only.

Where perhaps we would like to use such information for our own purposes others as the described above in each single case we first have to ask approval and written authorization from customer's side and utilization only can take place after such one is given to us.
