These general terms and conditions as shown on this page "EU Countries" are related to the products offered on its sub-pages exclusively and valid for deliveries to Countries of European Union only.

For information on general terms, products as well as prices and so on for supplies to any other country not member of European Community, please, click "Other Countries" here or on the side bar of this page or contact us directly.

Prices

The prices as offered by us on the sub-pages of this page are on door to door basis in EURO and exclusively valid for countries of European Community only. They beside the product include shipping and transport insurance Hong Kong > EU, EU custom and VAT, EU-internal shipping as well as transport insurance to customer's delivery address in any country being member of EU.

They are placed far under the price level for comparable, similar products what might be offered by others.  delivery costs to your address.

You don't have to pay any huge transportation costs Hong Kong/CN/USA to Europe, custom duties, fees and VAT additionally as it would be the case when buying from such sources.

Further there you don't receive warranty and if then it is useless without any real value. In case once really should occur a problem, then your suppliers are located in Hong Kong/China/USA, but, we are in Europe just around the next corner ready to help and assist you.

Delivery Volume

As described on the sub-pages of this page for each product offered, brand-new, original packing, once opened for check and perhaps, brief testing where necessary only.

Packing, Payment Shipment

Delivery against pre-payment only, insured, packing as mentioned on the the specific product pages, ex warehouse EU, or as per special agreement.

Immediately after order is with us you will receive our order confirmation by email. It will inform you on all details regarding payment, delivery address and so on. After having received your payment a confirmation on matter will follow, too.

Important ! On your payment always indicate the matching article code you find on top of each of our product pages!

Delivery normally will take place within 48h when having received your payment at first-possible working day after. Our confirmation of delivery you will receive at the day of dispatch. Depending on delivery service, according to our experience goods should be with you within 2 to 5 days after dispatch latest.

Further Conditions

Each order is a definitive as well as legal one. Your payment should be with us 10 days after having placed order latest. You are entitled for returning the goods within 7 days after delivery has left our warehouse under the condition that goods delivered to you are kept un-used, un-damaged, original-packed, and insured minimum in the value of purchasing price.

Warranty

!! Please, note: The warranty terms as offered here are for countries of European Community only!!

Each of your purchases is under full warranty according to EU countries laws and regulations, under normal operating conditions only, excluding wearing- as well as consumption parts .

If the supply within the warranty period shows defects, please, contact us immediately. In case your claim is justified we will either repair or replace by an article of same functionality normally within a period of 30 days under the condition that goods you claim reach us within 30 days after your original claim is with us, the original invoice attached.

Because, this some times also might be a question of availability on stock even periods above 30 days till goods are replaced could occur.

This warranty is void in case the defects are not caused by the manufacturer, but, others such as misuse, accident, improper use, ignoring the operating instructions, defects caused by transportation, and so on, repairs performed by persons not entitled, in case of modifications or any other changes made on the unit. It also doesn't include traces of use as well as accessories damaged.

For return the unit must be prepared and packed well and insured in the full value of purchasing price.
